Transformative Learning

 

A future book will describe the creative processes of healing and renewal, showing and telling how personal narrative is a transformative tool.

My mentoring philosophy and practice is influenced by studies and experiential learning through a seven-year journey, to determine:

  • the aspects my formulation of the inner dimension of transformative learning embraces;
  • the `ways of knowing' awakened and developed by growing closer to human potential;
  • what needs to be recognized and negotiated in the transformative journey experience;
  • my in depth framework for the `full round' inner journey of transformative learning.
